Got my six year old daughter right in at the ER. The whole team was great with her even trying to calm her down while she was scared. Dr. Nico was great. He explained everything and addressed all of our questions and concerns and took his time with us.
Awful. Just save yourself some time and go somewhere else
Brought our elderly Mother to the ER by squad. They ran tests then admitted her to ICU. When we got to her room she was setting up in her bed eating breakfast and asking when the reds would be on TV. We left for a few hours. When we got back we were told she was agitated because of a fire drill so they gave her Ativan. She has been asleep on Ativan and incoherent for 4 nights. This was a big mistake bringing her here. She has had a huge setback. The pill crusher with Ativan and the applesauce sat there all day.
I saw a pain management dr there . Treated management as if I was a drug addicted. She was very rude from min she walked in door .told me she don't give pain med I said OK. She said physical therapy. I said it didn't work last time but I'll try I asked her about injections. She said not till she gets to know me all the time being so nasty . I told her I was leaving she said yes go and then said she sees a red flag cause I had gone to er a few times cause I was in bad pain for 3 months.
