Bed side manners are virtually non-existent and far and few in-between. When I arrived here to be with my daughter, there was NO person sitting at the front desk of the emergency department; and was absent for a few minutes. I waited. If I had been in crisis...how may that have ended for me? The phlebotomist was cruel and crude. She needs to be reprimanded, as all she did was encouraging fear and anxiety, AND invalidated my daughters needs. If someone says they're going to throw up, you believe them. I was there for 4 hours for a migraine I have had over 72 hours just to get ibuprofen and told I probably had a viral infection although they tested me for covid and flu and it was negative. Was sent out the door with no pain relief or answers from Dr. Duff.

The most awful experience we have ever had. Took our sick daughter here and she was diagnosed with a minor outer ear infection. We ended up going to childrens for a 2nd opinion and what do ya know, the doctors there couldn't understand how you came up with your misdiagnosis, her ear canal was swollen to the point they couldnt ever see her ear drum. Never again will i set foot in this "hospital"
