I have been burglarized twice. The police said that they feel it was by another resident(s). Constant screaming and fighting occurs, Residents shooting off rounds and the police are in this community all the time. Schools have constant fights and police calls for violence. If you have children, steer clear from this community.
I’ve had a leaking bathroom faucet for four nights now. I called emergency maintenance and I’ve called the office. No one called to acknowledge my request. This leak is causing the hot water tank to run consistently which is going to cause my gas bill to go up more than it should. Very poor customer service and no courtesy, empathy or professionalism regarding this matter.

We moved in the 7th of April. Brandi and the staff are very attentive and I have to say I am very impressed with the Maintenance team! Ernie has been very diligent in everything he has come to fix and very friendly! All in All so far-I would have to say that we love our new home!
A wonderful community, nice and quiet! Not too far from work, we are in love!!
Nice quiet community. But the apartments and complex could use some improvements. Seems to cater towards families with small children but i don't see many, small children.
I have to say i really like it here. We really didnt want to go back to apartment living but due to circumstances we did and i have to say im glad we found this complex. We just signed our 2nd lease and were still happy. I love the activities that are planned , as we just participated in the community yard sale yesterday , which we enjoyed . This year we have thoroughly enjoyed the pool time as well. If your looking for an apartment to move to , i vote come look at Madison Grove ♡♡♡♡
I have to say that when I originally realized what complex this was, it made me nervous. This used to be Three Creeks and their reputation was terrible. My husband and I did a walk through and was extremely impressed. They are under new management and are definitely so much better than the previous complex. We've hardly had any issues at all.
