I had to order a single pane of glass and they had to wait for someone in Syracuse to cut it. I waited a day to pick it up. Doesn't look like they do anything in Canastota. The elderly gentleman there uses a walker and probably can't do much of that. I'm going to cut out the middleman and order from Syracuse next time..
