Originally scheduled with a six hour appointment window with Safelite. Waited all day and they never showed up or even bothered to call for 5 days. Called Madison glass they showed up on time and did an incredible job replacing my windshield going above and beyond my expectations! My new go to auto glass company and Safelite can kiss my glass!!
I switched my service provider to Madison Glass because #1- they answered the phone when I called, #2- they were super nice and accommodating and #3 everything else about my experience with them was top notch. I believe it was Steve that actually came out to my house to replace the windshield on my 2017 Subaru. He did an excellent job, the install was perfect. Definitely recommend these guys! From start to finish, they are very professional, have great customer service and do a great job! Got our windshield replaced a week before Safelite would come out!
