I called in the morning to ask for a sympathy basket to be sent at 2pm the same day. The lady took my order and my cc and I didn’t think anything about it. At 6pm I get an email saying they could not fulfill my order and they would issue a refund. I could have called another florist! Now I have missed the opportunity to express my sympathy to close friends on the loss of their mother. Do better people!
I’ve ordered and received flowers from all over the country for birthdays, funerals, celebrations, graduations, Mother’s Days, and thank yous, and never have I found another flower shop that consistently creates such high quality, fresh, stunning bouquets as Madison Flower Shop. I’ll be a lifelong customer. I can’t recommend them enough!
This little gem of a shop offers a vast array of gorgeous fresh flowers, live plants, garden supplies and above all kindness, professionalism and attention to detail.
