The only good thing I can say is that I do believe that management sometimes tries. The majority of my experience here has honestly been hell. These places claimed to be renovated, but yet my apartment constantly has bugs roaches in it and I keep my space very clean. Regardless of this they are in my kitchen. I have seen ladybugs on my bedroom table. It is really disgusting. I have had a problem with the hot water not getting fully hot in the bathtub/shower since I have moved in here and I have lived here about five months. ... read more
Rats,roaches, plumbing issues, problems with other residents visitors, overall the apartment is not remodeled as advertised old cabinets small bathroom and kitchen.
Madison Flats apartments are really nice all units remodeled, landscaping really well, pool has been redone and very nice. The best of this at all is Pam the property manager and Jeremiah are so welcoming unlike other apartment complexes and they are here to help you get you in to the perfect unit that fits For you. You have a couple of staff members that Live on campus an emergency is to ever come they are there for you. they have G-Fiber that I love, which is hard to find and apartment complexes these days. Management is wonderful and maintenance are the best. The maintenance men get right on top any problem you have with your unit. I give them a Five Thumbs Up!
Madison Flats is a terrific place to live! I have ZERO complaints about any aspect of my apartment home! Jeremiah and Pamela (the manager) are fantastic! 😍😊 They take good care of me and any needs I may have. Carlos (maintenance) is unbelievable! I had a leaking toilet and he had it fixed within 30mins of letting the office know! Absolutely amazing! The apartment grounds are well kept and clean, and it is very quiet in the complex.
