I have purchased from them for over 10 years. Recently had a bad experience over warranty of expensive patio furniture. The material on the chaise lounge chairs went to shreds within 3 years. I was told at purchase I had a 3 year warranty on the material. When my wife called back (with receipt in hand) they agreed and had her send photo which they sent to manufacturer. I bought a Green Egg grill from here. They came out and delivered and installed it for me. At least twice a week, I call the store with questions about cooking tips. I Also get emailed recipes from the store. All of the workers are extremely nice and l love spending money at a business like this
