If I could leave a zero i would. Two $158.00 charges for having a child that was "difficult"! I was never informed that they charge extra when a child cries about having his teeth looked at. Just billed and then sent to collections. They also sent my 12 year old daughter home with $20 tooth paste, her grandmother took her to this appointment, I wasn't asked about it and did not give permission to have this sent home with her.
