Incredible place- incredible service !! Got taken care of by a young lady (I apologize for forgetting her name but she had some gorgeous frames on!!) this weekend in a dire need of it all as I broke my glasses and she set me up to be all good 3 days later - way kinder and faster that I’ve ever been taken care of. If you need a place to call home base for any eyesight needs, this should be it!! ❤️
Froom booking an appointment to walking out with my first pair of glasses, my experience with Madison Eyes was exceptional! The atmosphere within the building, but also the employees was safe, warm and welcoming. Hailey and DJ were extremely helpful as this was my first time visiting. They both explained everything to me throughout the process of my exam, what I needed, and how to better care for my eyes when I left. You all have no idea how grateful I am for you and that God led me there. Thank you for everything!
I was a bit surprised by the virtual exam but it was really a great experience! I had an awful experience last year at another eye dr who was never able to properly fit my contacts, but Madison Eyes listened when I said they didn’t feel quite right and found a pair that work so well for me! 10/10 experience.
Best optometrist there is. I’ve been going here for many years and Hali is exceptional. The team here makes going to the eye doctor always a great time. The owner truly does care for the patients and their health. I’ve personally witnessed him go out of his way to make sure that me and my partner are healthy, and happy no matter what. Thank you team for making me and my families experience with you all so great.
Had a great experience here! Arrived 15 minutes early and got my paperwork done. The appointment was on time and took about 25-30 minutes with the new tech-focused care. Then another 30 minutes for the lenses to be made/put onto frames I picked out and to swap a 2nd pair of lenses onto my existing frames for a backup pair at a low price as my insurance only covered the one set of lenses. The people were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Will be my new go-to.
