I think the staff is very well educated and they take the time and talk to you and explain everything. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had a problem. In fact when my eyes started going bad she definitely referred me for someone else and I’m happy she did cause we caught it early… So I’m definitely giving them a five star review because of how thorough they are☘️
my experience with the Madison office and Katherine, 'Kate' specifically has been wonderful. I always receive prompt and attentive customer service from Madison Eye Care, Kate is the most recent example. Louis, is great also, however, he is on the back-end. Kate handles all requests with a joyful intention to help and she is very communicative and honest. There is a motto that goes something like this....'sales through customer service...' Kate embodies that motto and I will always use Madison Eye Care and Dr. Diaz.
I hate writing negative reviews. This office is unhelpful over the phone, leaving voicemails trying to get in touch with you and then never returning your calls. Not to mention, the staff don’t communicate, because one person will tell you one thing, and then another a completely different thing. They are not workable in terms of getting prescriptions available to you. The doctor was wonderful. She listened got my Rx correct, five Stars. The staff however was terrible and will likely make me not go back.
