I hate writing negative reviews. This office is unhelpful over the phone, leaving voicemails trying to get in touch with you and then never returning your calls. Not to mention, the staff don’t communicate, because one person will tell you one thing, and then another a completely different thing. They are not workable in terms of getting prescriptions available to you. The doctor was wonderful. She listened got my Rx correct, five Stars. The staff however was terrible and will likely make me not go back.
Made an appointment with eye Doc based on when my glasses were ready. I was told i could pick them up. A trip to the Madison location found the door locked store was dark and nobody to answering the phone. Poor business that is going to cost me money as i must pay for my eye visit.
Dr. Diaz is knowledgeable, caring and competent. She takes time to listen to and help her patients - I’ve never felt rushed or unheard. The care she’s given me has improved my quality of life immensely. Highly recommend.
