Doug Hawkins at Madison Environmental saved our bacon!! We had a houseful of family for Thanksgiving and filled our septic system to capacity over four days with 9 people in our house (showers, laundry galore, dishes, garbage disposal, etc.). The pump on our septic system died. Doug was here around 3:00 p.m., after he finished what he thought was his last job, to give us an estimate. Doug was outstanding. He spent the entire day sitting and working in the snow and ice in freezing temps to replace our pump and alarm panel that were fried. He would not give up until it was fixed properly and our septic system was working.
