Best electricity company in Maine.
My husband and I own property in Starks Maine. We arrived at our property at 10:30pm Friday night to no electricity on the property. I called Madison Electric and left a VM. Within 10 minutes they returned my call and said they would be out in about 30 mins. I couldn't believe it. Not only did they come right out, but they fixed the problem. A lot to be said about small town vibes. Thank you very much to the two guys on call that night.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced and the ladies in the office are extremely rude.
I called in was nice and polite and asked when my power would stop flicking off and on as I can see them up the road “working on it”. The lady scoffed at me and said “well you know they’re working as hard as they can” then proceeded to have an absolute attitude. I pay for a service and want to know when I go to work later all my meat won’t go bad or my pipes freeze how hard is that to understand and be polite about. So rude and needs to be fixed.I'm thankful for anyone who works in these conditions.
