I visited the office with my son and got prescription medicine, however the medicine never came from the pharmacy. I called the office and left a message about that, but nobody replied to me. We did not go to the next appointment because there was no medicine, and there was no treatment done. Yesterday my son received a bill for a "no show" reason. I would give 10 stars if I could. You really can tell when doctors care and when they don’t. Dr. Karma Kristufek is a doctor who cares. She was very kind and personable, listened to everything I said with actual sincerity, and didn’t make me feel like I needed to rush through it whatsoever- and that’s such a huge thing. She checked through prescription prices with me to make sure I was getting the best price before sending it out, and even had time to chat about alternative options. Skin Solutions have taken good care of me. Dr. Riveria and Karma do a very good job. They listen to me and check me out with a full body scan. This is a prevention to get ahead of and stay on top of any skin issues. Everyone in the Madison office is kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Skin Solutions.
