I attempted to schedule an appointment but was unable to do so due to my experience with the front desk staff. When I provided my insurance (Ambetter, a private marketplace plan), the receptionist incorrectly stated it was Medicaid and told me they do not accept it. I visited the office with my son and got prescription medicine, however the medicine never came from the pharmacy. I called the office and left a message about that, but nobody replied to me. We did not go to the next appointment because there was no medicine, and there was no treatment done. Yesterday my son received a bill for a "no show" reason. I would give 10 stars if I could. You really can tell when doctors care and when they don’t. Dr. Karma Kristufek is a doctor who cares. She was very kind and personable, listened to everything I said with actual sincerity, and didn’t make me feel like I needed to rush through it whatsoever- and that’s such a huge thing. She checked through prescription prices with me to make sure I was getting the best price before sending it out, and even had time to chat about alternative options.
