I was personally disappointed by the reception experience at this dental centre recently. Personally disappointed by this dental centre. I had very good experiences here when I first moved to Toronto three years ago, so I trusted them and did a filling about a year ago. At that time, the dentist told me it was a temporary filling and would need a follow‑up. Recently, that same tooth became very sensitive and painful, to the point that I was taking painkillers and losing sleep for about 10 days, including over Christmas. Came here for 5 years as a loyal patient doing cleanings and the occasional filling. On my last appointment I went in to do a filling and it took longer than usual when I went to pay to my surprise they had done fillings for 2 cavaties. I had no idea because the dentist did not mention to me in the process that she was doing ANOTHER filling as well.
