Of all places to see and visit in West Yellowstone, Madison Crossing should definitely not be one of them. Not only is their mediocre food overpriced, but their staff is extraordinarily rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. In particular, a so called "manager" (who coincidentally also holds a hostess position) named Melissa was by far the rudest employee I have ever encountered in any business, let alone in the food industry.
