I was visiting friends at this place, and was really disappointed of how the management treated some of the elderly residents there. Rude, Beligirent and condescending towards the elderly. The past management was kinder and pleasant towards everyone. It's too bad that such a nice place has this kind of people in charge.
Having my mother live here has been a blessing. My mother is in a secure, friendly environment, so many activities. Management is awesome, always on top to make sure residents have a safe and clean buildings. Could not have asked for a better place.
I couldn’t have found a better place for my mom to live. The manager Yunior is simply amazing and in my opinion goes above and beyond his job duties. So grateful that he is in charge of this apartment complex. The building and surrounding are always kept clean and looking sharp.
This place has the WORST customer service!. I called numerous of times with no calls answered. My mom was given the cold shoulder and the worst customer service when she went in for the second time to complain her light wasn’t working. The lady (whom by the way is frustrated of life) because only a human who isn’t happy in there daily life responds and talks the way she does. She has no heart or compassion for these elders. I had the amazing privilege of having my mother live here and Yunior, as the manager. It did my heart good to know that she was in a safe environment and that Yunior, looks out for everyone in the building. It made things easier for me to know that on those days I couldn’t get to see her, Yunior always a phone call away. I also liked that if we needed anything, he would handle it.
