How about an answering machine that gives general info such as hours, reason for closed, how to leave a message, best time to call etc, etc, etc???
Like so many of the reviews before me. Nobody to answer the phone. Simply wanted to report a concern to avoid a future problem, but there has to be someone to answer a telephone in order to do that. Where is the help?
Tax bill not forwarded even with current mail forwarding in place. No one Would talk to me about Issue. Currently their online system for payment is broken. Total worthless government inefficiency Zero customer service. Because they don’t care . You work so they have a do nothing job.
They absolutely refuse to answer the phone and do there job , negligence at this level should be illegal. There isn't a single reason they even have a phone because they will not answer
