The lady with the braids at the front desk was very nice and efficient. I went to get my fingerprints done, and she walked me through the process. She was personable and patient with me! If I ever need my fingerprints done again, or any other similar services, I’ll definitely go to this location!
You know i was hesitant to go after reading all the reviews but I just have to tell you how lovely the ladies were at the counter. They were so helpful I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!@
There was confusion about an appointment the Jackson office made. The sweet lady (Drisell -forgive me for most likely misspelling it) was so so helpful and kind. Every employee that came to rough the waiting room greeted me as well. It was just an unexpected, very pleasant experience due to their fantastic attitudes!
Went to get a Covid shot and it was very quick. Didn't wait at all. Well for the 15 minutes you have to wait after the shot. Everyone was very friendly. A lot better then what it use to be.
My experience was quite pleasant. In and out in less than an hour. Staff was friendly
