As someone familiar with the realities of veterinary medicine, I feel compelled to respond to this review in defense of Dr. Pfaff and the veterinary profession as a whole. But having run a business for over forty years, I respect businesses and understand the daily challenge that can be presented as you perform your job. People can be stressful.
