Doctor Hacking was very friendly, kind and knowledegable. She was patient with my questions and taught to my understanding. She was very good at explaining my situation.

I drove up from Idaho Falls to Madison Clinic Optometry in Rexburg to get help with a brand new, $822 pair of 2.5 Eyephorics that I have only had for three days. All I needed was for an experienced eye to look at the way they were fitting and measure the cable temples, as the left side needed a bit longer cable temple. I was then going to relay that measurement to the dealer in Salt Lake City from whom I purchased my glasses, and they were going to send me a longer cable temple for the left side.
