They loose your clothes and then try to call you a liar I bought my sister a pair of Joe Jeans ($158 dollar jeans). She loved them but she is only 5feet tall so she had to get them altered. Madison cleaners is down the street from her house so she took them. She picked them up and to her surprise they gave her another pair of jeans. She told them these are not my jeans the girl told her I cant do anything you need to talk to the owner. She went back to speak to the owner and the owner told her that those were her jeans. My sister said no I know what I brought these are not it. Owner called my sister a liar those were her jeans and that she needed to take them. My sister gave her the jeans and told her no I will not take these. The jeans were not even my sisters size or same color and they were used. It took almost a month and finally they gave her the 158 for the jeans and didnt even bother giving her money back for the cost of alteration. Oh yeah they say they do all work on site but lies they send them out. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
