Quite unfortunate we spent time at Chop House on a Saturday. Terrible service, slow and tedious. Wrong drinks show up after the food. Onion rings, claimed by the waitress to be great, were slimy and cold. Ordered fries after I tasted one, fries were stale. Great Dagwood sammich. We try out Chop House ever few month and it it’s always a waste of time and money.
I was disappointed this last visit I have to say. Took my daughter and two Grandkids from out of state there while visiting for dinner and was embarrassed. Let’s see… first of all, let’s talk sweet tea. After the first glass (that wasn’t even completely filled up) we were told that they were out. So in other words, no refills on our drinks throughout our meal. It would’ve been nice to know that up front OR been offered a Coke or something since we weren’t getting any tea refills. Amazing
Guys, I'm having a hard time. I love this place but, 2nd time I purchased a steak, ribeye this time, to go and it was way too tough. Last time it was the New York Strip and they don't have it anymore. Next I'll try the Prime Rib ans let you know.
