The center was started in 2004 by parents of a child with severe childhood apraxia of speech whose name is Madison. Like any parent they wanted the best possible therapy fore their daughter and at the same time wanted to help other parents of children with speech delays. The goal of The Madison Center is to offer the best therapy for children so they can gainconfidence through speech and language therapy.

My daughter made significant progress with the therapists at Madison Center. The staff is highly skilled, caring, compassionate and full of good energy. The Girl's Group social skills classes are not only great for social skill building, but also making authentic friendships. As a former SLP myself, I am very aware of the quality of services we have received and you can not find a more talented bunch.
