First time there the machine wasn’t working properly they told me to come back later 15 minutes later they call me and told me the machines are working again to please come back I came back got the MRI 3 weeks later my doctor have to call them to find out what happened with the MRI they told my doctor mri was inconclusive that I have to take again not a best way to make business

Today I was the 2nd time I had an appointment for xrays at this location. The advertised hours are 10-4:30. I arrived 5 minutes early for a 3:15 appointment. From the receptionist: No greeting, just "I need your referral, photo id, & insurance card. Have you been here before? Name? Fill this out." I was not called until 4:20. All 3 persons who arrived after me were called before me. I was the last person to be called. This place is really awful. Believe the bad reviews when you read them because I’m honestly not sure why this place is still open
