I had an appointment scheduled and they called me 30 minutes before my appointment to reschedule because the gal was out sick. I do not mind that she was out sick, the fact they called me 30 minutes prior to my 12 o'clock booking was absolutely rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone because of the poor customer service I have received.
I just had the BEST massage ive ever had! and theyre right in Queen Kaahumanu mall.
Highly recommended because the professionals there are very knowledgeable about hair, nails, and facials go to Kristen for all my nail and waxing needs.
