you might make good cakes, but very unprofessional and rude when it comes to planning ! the way you spoke to my friend on the phone about her birthday cake was highly unprofessional do better so sad.
Acted like it was a huge inconvenience when I called. I understand if you guys do not have availability and that’s no issue, but they just acted like it was a big inconvenience that I called since they were going on vacation tomorrow I work in customer service and I 100% get it if there’s no availability for me, etc. but just the way they answered the phone was not polite at all
Nancy was a dream to work with to design our wedding cake. She is welcoming, professional, and clearly a master of her craft. She executed not only an absolutely beautiful cake, but also easily the most delicious wedding cake we’ve ever tasted. Our guests raved about it! We will only be going here for any cake needs in the future.
