What a fantastic experience. My husband and I came here to "see" what furs were about. Well, we walked out with three. Two for him and one for me. Mitch, Larry, and Steve were amazing. They told us about the quality of the furs and gave us a fantastic deal. The customer service was beyond what we expected and they made us feel at home. In addition, we found out they were fellow Long Islanders and they even delivered my husband's fur close to home. We know where we'll be going next year for my second fur! Recently had my vintage fur cleaned and fur hat relined. I cant say enough regarding the level of excellence and care given to my items. They've definitely earned a repeat customer.
They've been taking care of my cleaning ,storage and repair needs for at least 20 years . I love the fact they will still pick up and drop off your coat from storage .
All these people giving one star reviews are just mad they cant afford a coat
