We had severe car issues while traveling this relatively empty stretch of I-10. We saw the great reviews and have to add our own experience. This shop is a gem. We couldn’t have been luckier to have the car lose its transmission at this exit. The owner is hands on - the shop was busy - his grandson was very businesslike. They got us back on the road and home safe. The car wasn’t worth the money to get it fixed, sadly. We were traveling on a Sunday and blew a radiator hose. The gas station we stopped at recommended Madison Automotive to us. They came to us at the gas station, on Sunday, did the repair in the parking lot and had us back on the road. John, our technician, was so kind and helpful. I cannot recommend their services enough.
