We had severe car issues while traveling this relatively empty stretch of I-10. We saw the great reviews and have to add our own experience. This shop is a gem. We couldn’t have been luckier to have the car lose its transmission at this exit. The owner is hands on - the shop was busy - his grandson was very businesslike. We were traveling on a Sunday and blew a radiator hose. The gas station we stopped at recommended Madison Automotive to us. They came to us at the gas station, on Sunday, did the repair in the parking lot and had us back on the road. John, our technician, was so kind and helpful. I cannot recommend their services enough.
I was driving from central Florida to Tallahassee for a funeral when I started hearing a funny noise from under my car. When I was about an hour from Tallahassee I decided I should find a place to look at my van. This shop came up and I decided to see if they could help. Indeed, they did help. It turned out to be a minor repair and they had me back on the road really quickly.
