If you’re in college or participate in night life at all this is not the place for you. They gave me one warning for being loud and the next time just kicked me out. I’ve been renting for 6 years and never once had a single issue or complaint. Also, they gave me 7 days to leave the apartment complex and when I asked for ONE extra day they said no.
