I lot of good changes are been made. The recent management team are more patient. I never going to be pleased for what I pay for rent. But, at least not getting harassed much as I use to be.

I absolutely love the new management and maintenance group but after the flood it solidified it. This team came out and stayed on grounds throughout the whole flood the plans from towing cars out to getting anyone the assistance they needed and the calm reassurance they brought was definitely needed. They have gone above and beyond to make this a great living experience but their commitment to the community truly showed I couldn’t be more grateful for them!
I’ve lived here 5 years and was ready to move out after two management teams let this place crumble — literally. The roof leaked, the community looked dull and it felt like nobody cared or was even working. This is my first apartment, and I’m really happy here. I’ve been living here for just about over six months and have noticed a big improvement in the new maintenance. Work orders have been getting completed quickly, and the landscaping looks a lot better than what it was when I first moved in. It’s definitely clear that management is putting in effort to make the community a good place to live.
