There are roaches, and mold. The pool is never open, and I’ve heard of several break in attempts. I would never recommend to move here.
Ive been here nearly 4 years , i had to argue and fight for over 2 to get black mold out of my kitchen . They did it in a manner that caused my wifes face to swell from alkwrgic reaction to fungi My toilet has leaked for 14 months after Dom broke it trying to snake a drain that is flowing backwards cuz building has sunk. The apartment complex is very nice the people in charge are so kind and helpful some of the people can be a bit annoying but overall it’s a very great place to live it’s close its my workplace which makes things so much easier 4/5 would recommend
If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. All the recent reviews about maintenance being great and Cynthia being amazing is WILD. Let me explain why. We’ve lived here for 2 years and since the beginning this place has taken ages to fix anything. It took them over a week to change the locks on our mailbox, I had to basically mention liability issues if our mail was stolen for them to act with urgency.
