If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. All the recent reviews about maintenance being great and Cynthia being amazing is WILD. Let me explain why. We’ve lived here for 2 years and since the beginning this place has taken ages to fix anything. It took them over a week to change the locks on our mailbox, I had to basically mention liability issues if our mail was stolen for them to act with urgency. Lead you in but take you out when they see fit
learn to read. I said they don't chase down maintenance for you, you put in a work order, management isn't maintenance and aren't at your beck n call. Don't like it ?! MOVE! This manager Cynthia is the most incompetent unprofessional manager I have every encoutered. Incapable of running an apartment complex, incapable of following up with maintenance. Incapable of ensuring tennants have access to amenities ( the pool is open a few days a year, but only on weekdays until 4, so only the unemployed get to swim. They fired all the competent maintenance and replaced them with children. They have Cockroaches and ignore the problem.
