Poor maintenance and high HOA fees...Common areas, garages, stairs, hallways, sidewalks are almost never pressure washed leaving entry looking terrible! People in here don't seem to care at all but most seem to be renters so makes sense. The location is all your paying for and are better options around with way better amenities and are less of a headace being new, these are truly falling apart/outdated units with many flaws! Poor maintenance for such high HOA fees...Common stairs, hallways, sidewalks are nasty NEVER pressure washed leaving entry looking terrible. People in here don't seem to care at all but most seem to be renters so makes sense. When selling a condo for $350-$500k or trying to rent one for 2k looks bad and some of this is all a easy fix. The location is all your paying for but for the dollar are better options around with newer builds which are less of a headace.
