I have lived at Madison at Melrose for over 6 years now and it's a wonderful community! The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the grounds are clean and well kept. These apartments are in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and landscaping. Madison at Melrose Apartments are a hidden gem in Richardson, TX and I highly recommend living here!
Save yourself sometime and look for a different place. While their apartments look good and everything. The maintenance and front desk does not know how to use technology. They will say one thing and do another. DONT TRUST THEM!
I was able to find me a new apartment. It’s somewhere else, but still when I came to visit the apartment at the Madison at Melrose Kelly Owens was a staff on duty and she did an amazing job not only was she able to answer all my questions show me the apartment but she was doing that while having two other clients and managing everybody and having a great time management so she did a great job so big thank you to Kelly Owens.

I looked at the other review, are you talking about Madison at Melrose. When Greystar management took over, that is when it started to go down hill. Noel has no idea what she is doing. She emailed about the elevators and dog park one time - Madison doesn’t have those things. Noel didn’t know how to fix the resident portal and was double charge several times. One time maintenance trie... read more
