i lived here for about 2 years and i loved my experience for the most part! it's a pretty quiet complex, decently priced for what you get, and as a 23 year old woman, i never felt unsafe. i liked that there was unlimited guest parking and that the pool didn't technically close (you just had to be quiet, and no one would care). the only issues i had were that the front office staff never answered the phone and that the communication kinda sucked. but maintenance was always on top of it and it was a great location! would 100% ... read more
I had such a great move-in experience at Madison at Melrose! The process was super smooth and easy. Ms. Jackie and Noelle in the office were so kind, helpful, and professional every step of the way. They really made me feel welcome and made sure everything was ready for me when I arrived. The property is clean and quiet, and the staff goes above and beyond for residents. I’m so glad I chose to make Madison at Melrose my new home!
Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience with Madison at Melrose Leasing Office. My experience with Madison at Melrose Apartment Homes has been very disappointing and unprofessional from the beginning. I scheduled an apartment tour several days in advance, only to receive an email from the Leasing Office Manager, Noelle Ekstrom, just 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment asking to reschedule for the next day. I have lived here for just a year & I hate to be leaving!! If my circumstances were different I’d STAY without a doubt!!! This has been the best living experience I’ve had my entire adulthood at any apartment complex! It’s clean, quiet & the ppl are so friendly! The office staff (Jackie & Noelle) have been nothing short of amazing! The maintenance team is always prompt & gets things fixed/resolved quickly! Don’t walk BUT run from this property. I know this Google Review will be taken down as quickly as it was posted. I lived there from 2016-2024. I looked at the other review, are you talking about Madison at Melrose. When Greystar management took over, that is when it started to go down hill. Noel has no idea what she is doing. She emailed about the elevators and dog park one time - Madison doesn’t have those things. Noel didn’t know how to fix the resident portal and was double charge several times.
