I highly recommend Madison Area Transport! Communication was quickly returned with my questions answered and information given. I knew exactly what the ride entailed and the total cost, which was reasonable. I didn't have to pay ahead of time, which was different from some other transport companies. Our driver, Mohammed, was right on time for pickup. He was professional, friendly, caring, and very intune to the care and comfort of the client. Very, very, very poor communication. They refuse to consider they dropped the ball. The caseworkers give them all the information for necessary transportation and MTM still fumbles. Some very nice drivers, though.
Super nice! was patient with waiting on me to finish getting ready and very accommodating!
