I called to establish a primary care doctor for my partner who needs a double hip replacement. I was told that I would need travel there to pick up a packet of papers, like to release records and all that stuff, papers you would normally just fill out in the waiting room before the appt. I had to travel there, get the packet, fill it out, bring it back before I could even make an appt. When I asked if they could mail me the packet so I'm not having to travel for really no reason, I was told no, we've sent so many out and we'... read more
