Madison Apartments AKA Madison Dumpsters A few days before signing the lease for a rental in the above mentioned building, I was shown quite a nice studio in great conditions. A studio with Brand new carpet, new appliances, new kitchen cabinets, new plumbing fixtures, closets, AC unit, etc. A few days later I was given a smaller dumpster in a pretty bad state of decay.
