The Veterinarian Prescribes Medication at INCORRECT Dosages, Provides INCORRECT directions for use, Ultimately leading to your Pet/Kiddo's Death. The Vet is NEVER available, especially in emergencies and the Receptionist is EXTREMELY Rude and dismissive. The Head Nurse and Zeb are THE ONLY Redeemable Factors there. I trusted this vet with my animals and trusted that the decisions being made were in their best interest. Instead, I left feeling misled, dismissed, and like I was being given false hope while continuing to pay for care. What bothered me most was the complete lack of empathy and accountability when things went wrong. Great staff! They made it so easy to get my little doxie in for a visit on the weekend!! I love that Saturday visits are available so I didn’t have to miss any work.
Wonderful, efficient, well-staffed clinic. Was in and out in 30 minutes for a wound check on a same-day booking. Dr. Music was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and gentle... as was every member of his staff. Can't recommend highly enough.
