Called to inquire about an appointment and when I asked if they were accepting new patients, the person who answered the phone was very curt. They told me they were not accepting new patients which is fine. I asked if he knew when they would be and he just bluntly said no. There was not any friendliness at all. I answer phones at my job and when we don’t have something available, I always try to give a timeframe of when they could call back and try again. My son and I both needed new primary care doctors at the same time. We landed at Dr. Jeon's office by mistake because he wasn't in the area we wanted. A year plus later, we wouldn't see anyone else. He is sweet and calming (my sons Autistic and hates all his doctors) but he LOVES Dr. Jeon. He is very thorough and patient. If he were to move his office, we will follow. WE LOVE DR. JEON. Oh, and the nurses couldn't be any sweeter if they tried. The entire staff is AMAZING!!!!!
