If I could give 6 stars for service I would! I booked a non refundable prepaid stay and ended up having to change my business trip to leave a day earlier. After back and forth with the Hilton Advance Team, who told me it couldn’t be refunded, I decided to chat with the front desk at the hotel. We had a room with a king bed. the bed was comfortable enough, but the bathroom was small. The customer service at the front desk was pleasant except during check out when I asked to get a refund on the parking. When we made the reservation, it stated $25.00 per night, but we charged $28.00. I asked for a refund of the difference and they said they would and I even got it in writing but they charged us anyway for the full amount.

If you get a avacado in your meal look at it, initially it looked ok until I flipped it over. Not acceptable. To the cook, be courteous and let the customer know. Tell them you are out of an ingredient so they can choose something else don't serve them garbage. Very disappointed. Do better next time.
