Do Not hire them for snow removal. I work at an industrial location at Dulles (Old Ox Road) and they did not clear sidewalks, did not backdrag from the curb back in parking spots, did not clear handicap spots. They just did the running lane. Numerous people are in danger of falling due to the inadequate snow removal process. We have to step over pile of snow to get onto the sidewalk at main entrance and then they only cleared that portion. We have parking on 2 sides and they did not clear the sidewalks complete.
Work they do is to standard. One of the job site managers (Andrew) has serious issues, Im sure they do their job cause they are more scared of him and "can't get a job anywhere else".. This place had a weird vibe to it for sure.
