Unsafe and dangerous place for both patients and employees. Please look them up on-line. There are many negative articles circulating on line about this place.

"An investigation concluded that leaders of the national program, based at Madigan Army Medical Center in Western Washington, sometimes used “bullying tactics” and created “a wolf pack mentality” when training its staff"- written on "Army panel shut down over ‘toxic’ training methods" on Seattletimes. My experience at this Mad Again Medical Center was similar, it was nothing but horror, abuse and terror: Corruption, waste, cover up, hostile and toxic work environment, unsafe place to receive medical care and dangerous plac... read more

Unsafe and dangerous place, a place without any compassion. What written in these articles below are true and are still going. Some staffs who work here say if they happen to have heart attack at work, don't treat them here, take them to other near by hospitals. All 1 star reviews here are accurate and true. http://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/army-panel-shut-down-over-lsquotoxicrsquo-training-methods/ www.thenewstribune.com/news/local/military/article25884679.html http://www.theveteransvoice.com/madigan-corruptio... read more

I'm embarrassed for them. While a military member, I have no options to be seen elsewhere. The access to care is a disappointment. 3-4 weeks to get an appointment. The front desk Staff are only doing their jobs, it's not their fault. There are not enough resources, and funding is being cut. Usually have students; while I understand that everybody had to learn, and that it's a teaching hospital, I'm tired of every visit being handled by an immature and inexperienced student. Providers are on such tight schedules, they don't ha... read more

0 reviews 1.0 star rating 6/9/2016 After 26 years of military service, I can say that this is the absolute worst functioning military medical facility I have ever encountered. The military side seems to be genuinely attempting to function well, but too many of the civilian physicians, providers and workers are incompetents protected by their self-serving union. I was seriously misdiagnosed by a physician who literally refused to listen to my symptoms: "I don't have time for this. Ten minutes. You've got ten minutes. One thi... read more

Agree with many other comments here. The er is a joke with long wait times. It's not really an er so much as it is the combo of er and acute care clinic. You'd be lucky to be seen to get your vitals read in a couple of hours. Then another long wait before you get called to a room. And yet another long wait to be seen by the doctor. The pcms are hard to reach and act like they don't have time for you. In fact, none of the doctors seem like they have time for you. When you request an outside specialist, they send you to a clin... read more
