Reena is amazing- I get eyebrow threading from her all the time.
Really poor and disappointing customer service today. I went to do my eye brows at Madhu Salon, I arrived 5 minutes before closing and politely apologized for being late due to work schedule and also the distance I traveled.They started being rude and misbehaving saying they are closed.I am their regular customer, they knew I never did this before. Very nice staff, super accommodating.
Really really bad, If I could give them a negative ranking, I would. The person doing eyebrows was certainly inexperienced and not trained and ruined the look just before upcoming vacation
