Very unprofessionally hair cut they just ruined my hair
The way I was treated was horrible. I had really high hopes. I prefer to support local business, rather than big business, boy did I make the wrong decision. I scheduled an appointment a couple days prior, no issues. I show up like 5 minutes early and I am approached asking if I would like to reschedule. No greeting at all. I explained I'd rather just cancel, she explained she has a client preparing for a wedding and that she hopes I understand.
