Great doctors and nurses.... highly recommend
Great cardiologist. However, one of his staff kept trying to cancel my appointment.
Dr Challapalli is a great cardiologist. He’s a good listener & offers suggestions that make sense for me. He’s caring & professional. I never feel rushed. I’m always treated with courtesy & respect by him and his team.
Dr. Challapalli was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. The best part of the visit were the staff. Jerome and April were the best assistants I have ever encountered. They made the experience both fun and calming. I recommend this office to anyone needing a cardiologist. It was worth the time to travel there and the copay. If I ever need to see a cardiologist, I will return to the Trinity Clinic.
The staff are rude/irritable/abusive. The male nurse was extremely rude to me and so was the doctor. He also didn’t do cardiology work and after I ended up in a cardiac emergency with an ambulance he criticized the people who actually gave me care. I had to bring my kids to my apt due to the emergency and they seemed irritated. I don’t feel like they listen or care and don’t respect patients. They are disgusting and a waste.
