Great doctor when he is available and gets back to you. I have never met a doctor who is so hard to reach, both him and his secretary, Janet. This is so incredibly ridiculous. Why do I have to call and his secretary will “get back to you” DAYS later just to set up an appointment!! Never heard of such a thing. I called on Friday to ask the doctor what to do regarding my husbands elevated creatinine levels and here it is Monday , still waiting for a call back!! Unbelievable!!!
