Amazing doctor. Very efficient and very proactive. Glad she's my doc! But the admin team is pretty bad.

This office has the worst administration team. No knowledge of office policies and procedures. Calling several times gives you several different responses and “solutions”. At the end a “loud mouth manager” calls you back on Friday afternoon and provides no help what so ever. Everyone is being extremely defensive but 0, literally 0 direction to help with the inquiry. Listen to your “recorded phone calls” since you claim to have those.

I’ve come to find many doctors seem to lose their sense of compassion and empathy. Dr Kancharla is not one of those doctors. She is so thoughtful and kind and empathetic - she gives me hope no matter the problem I’m facing. I was afraid for many years to go to the doctor from poor experiences but she restored my hope. Thank you!

I've been seeing Dr. Kancharla for many years and she is the smartest, most compassionate, efficient, and effective primary care doctor I've ever seen. I hope I never have to find another doctor and I recommend her to all of my friends and family.
