Terrible, won’t refund you for things that aren’t delivered. Sent a 333g module to get tuned and had to end up buying one out of pocket and send to a local source. Still waiting two years later for my refund for a ezlynk and 5in exhaust. Also might add he deleted my family’s John Deere combine and needless to say had to buy a crate engine later that year.

We called and scheduled for a piece of machinery to come in and had it back and ready for the road within 24 hours like he quoted. Highly recommend them! People like to dwell on any inconvenience and only post those reviews. I truly trust Mad Hatter and we will definitely be back!

CODY IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD.HES A LIAR AND A CHEAT.HE SAYS ONE THING AND EITHER DOESNNT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH IT AT ALL OR HE MAKES UP STORYS TO GET MORE MONEY.NOT RECOMMEDED

If i could give zero stars, i would give that. The worst customer service from the owner I've ever experienced, can't get ahold of him, 2 weeks of ill call you backs. Guaranteed he would show, then wouldn't answer phone. Terrible business ethics. I wouldn't take anything to them, even if it was the last place on the planet.
