EDIT- the owner Madison did ask us to reach out. And after a phone call. She apologized for the way that her photographer was dressed and explained it wasn’t intentional. She also stated that the blurred pictures were on purpose and that’s how they shoot all receptions. She did not offer a refund but did offer to take more pictures of us. Our actual wedding day (June 22nd, 2024) went well. She showed up on time and had great energy. The problems started after the wedding. We were supposed to get our sneak peeks a week after the wedding. I messaged her on July 4th asking about them and due to her having personal problems, I did not receive those few photos until July 23rd after asking about them a second time on July 22nd.
