I called Madge Custom Roofing in an emergency. A racoon had pulled some wood shakes, and we were beginning to get water ingress. No other company responded, and Dale came and fixed it in the rain on a Friday night. He made such a good impression, that we ended up replacing our enormous wood shake roof with standing seam metal. Dale was a great communicator, and employed skilled teams for removal of shakes, plywood prep, and metal install. Been using Madge for years but I received service above & beyond recently. Had a house for sale in the Fintry area & Dale (from the Vernon office) made time to fit an inspection in to check into some Buyer concerns. Found some problems & made a special weekend trip out there to handle them. Then made a 3rd, after hours, trip out to re-check another Buyer concern. In the end, buyer concerns were to put to rest & deal proceeded. Thanks much-awesome service!!
Dale was excellent and the roofers were diligent. Dale kept his word on his quote and delivery of the shingles we picked out. Super guy to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Dale of Madge was referred to me by my realtor. I needed some small jobs eg cutting a hole in the roof for a vent and replacing a cracked cap, on a tight time turnaround, and of course it would be during an extreme cold snap in winter. Dale gave prompt estimates and also came out immediately, twice. He charged a modest price especially considering that this was a service call and took up his time with travel for a small job.
