Had a great install, it was done in a day and they were true to their quote. Had a leaky window about 8 months later, and after several calls and emails saying they will send someone out to inspect they still havent. Overall very upsetting with the lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve their own issue. Especially when guarantee a 10 year workmanship warranty.
Madge roofing is great from Dan w/ the estimate to Liam the installer they were prompt an professional. The price was good an the quality was top notch ! They are the best !
WOW! Talk about service. Lost some shingles in a major windstorm, as soon as we noticed we contacted Chris and he had a team on our roof within a couple of hours. They were professional and courteous, replaced the missing shingles and walked around the roof to make sure there was no further damage. Thank You!
Amazing service! Helped us out big time on a customer's house when some shingles blew off during a wind storm. We didn't know until it started raining and he had a guy on it within a few hours of calling. Great service, great workmanship. Highly recommended.
I called Madge Custom Roofing in an emergency. A racoon had pulled some wood shakes, and we were beginning to get water ingress. No other company responded, and Dale came and fixed it in the rain on a Friday night. He made such a good impression, that we ended up replacing our enormous wood shake roof with standing seam metal. Dale was a great communicator, and employed skilled teams for removal of shakes, plywood prep, and metal install.
