Wow… just ate at Madfire Grill in the Valley Mall… could not be happier with my meal! I had the ‘Curd Burger’ and it is definitely in the top 3 burgers I have ever eaten. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked and the toppings were the perfect accompaniment to it! Also, I loved that they cooked the bacon in little rectangular prism shapes so you can actually eat it without pulling the whole strip off the burger! All bacon for burgers should be cooked like this from now on!!
I was just trying to get a bite to eat, but instead, I was given a lavish fest today was deigned for a king! I bought a curd burger, and it was so fantastic, my wife couldn't even get a bite in to try. And they paired it with enough ruffles to fill you all the way up. I will have to rave about this to all my foodie friends! Would definitely recommend if William's cooking
Genuinely impressive burger
We wanted to try this because of all the great reviews. We park and went up and no one was in front. We rang the bell and someone did come out and ask “what can I get for you?” Well, we gave him our order and was informed that they were only serving Dole whip and French fries because it had been too slow today. Really?!?! We will NOT be back!! Super disappointed!!
